  • Provide board trainings on marketplace trends affecting your organization’s mission

  • Conduct an audit of 2-3 board meetings for efficiencies, strengths and weakness and make recommendations for future governance models

  • Act as ongoing liaison from the CEO to your executive committee

  • Assist with your board nomination process; determining gaps, vetting of candidates, matching corporate candidates with open spots, assist with best practices in on-boarding new board members (special attention paid to candidate diversity and “young adult board member” issues)

Gary Dembs has been working non-profits for over 35 years.  He founded the Non-Profit Personnel Network (NPPN) after a successful 21 year career in public relations and broadcasting.  He has been a pioneer in combining effective board governance models, organizational development, marketing, human resources and fund development strategies for organizations and institutions nationwide.


$1,800  per month for a six month period of consulting totaling $10,800

$1,500 per month for 12 month period consulting totaling $18,000
